How to fix this message? None of my Cyberlink editing programs will start.

I have only ever loaded and run my PD 365 from one computer.

The message is because a process from one of your CL programs is still running after the app has crashed or been closed. Waiting several seconds before trying again or rebooting should solve the issue.

If the program(s) keep crashing, you should check in with tech support from this page.

In addition to what optodata showed
You can close Cyberlik that didn't close completely.
Pressing the keys together, Ctrl+Alt+Del
In Task Manager, Processes, select the app. PowerDirector19 and click End Task

Open your Task Manager and scroll down, looking for either CyberLink RichVideo Module or PowerDirector. If either are running, select it/them and click on "End Task".

That should allow you to launch PD.
