I've just downloaded the same template from your link.

After download, the template installed with a ".....successful......" message.

Open PDR >Plugins>Video Templates>Downloaded and the template should be there?

The file location on my system is :
C:\Users\Public\CyberLink\Downloaded EP\

To check if the template is actually installed, you will have to search through the downloaded templates on your system, as they are named in numerical order - not the download file name nor the DZ title.
