Hi all

I have had several crashes to Desktop with the latest version (19.2.2520) - is it my bad luck, or does anyone else here have the same problem? I shall report this via File>Rate Us (which seems a bonkers way to report problems, when they are obviously just fishing for stars, but hey ho... yes, I know that it says 'Tell us how we can make this product better for you' but this sounds like hooking up to the Marketing Dept (who I'm sure are lovely people!) rather than the Tech Support guys)

Just one or two examples:
editing the end fade on an audio clip in the timeline - sudden CTD
CTRL-A to move all clips - CTD
When Saving (a Project) As and right-clicking a Folder to rename it (as I can do in many other apps) - CTD
When Changing Settings, press SAVE - CTD (though the new settings seem to be saved)

and so on... things that never caused a problem before!

No problems like that on my end, and I think you've misunderstood the role of the Rate Us feedback channel. That's mostly for requesting new features/changes and for providing feedback on existing ones. Actual problems like you're experiencing should be reported to tech support from this page.

They'll ask you to generate and attach a DxDiag test report, and if you'd like to upload it here, some of the forum volunteers will be happy to look it over and make any relevant suggestions to get your system running better.

Ah, it seems I have indeed misunderstood that channel! OK, I'll check out the page you linked me to! Thanks
