PDR latest version 19.1.2407.0 does not update the update you provided (PDR19 GM4 v19.0.2521 released) Do you have a problem?

Build number 19.0.2521
SR number VDE210104-06

The PDR19 GM4 v19.0.2521 patch is only for perpetual key holders. So far perpetual key users have not been entitled to any of the 19.X updates. The subscription based key holders do get those updates and often a different release too.
