I keep getting this message when I try chaning the duration of a tranisiton.

We'll probably need quite a bit more information to help. First, what version of PD are you using? Click on the big PowerDirector text at the top right and tell us the full version you see there.

Next, how short is the clip you're applying the transition to? If it's less than 1 second, that may cause an error. Do you see the problem on other clips?

It's PowerDirector 365. It's happen on whatever the size of the clip but does occur more often when I set the transition to less than a second.
