I know there are some unresolved messages from years ago so I'm posting this as a PD 18 user.

When I create a menu and add a 34 second music clip (selecting that length in the menu specs) the music recycles after 10 or 15 seconds. Has this old issue been resolved with some fix? Ray Faiola

Try going into the discplayback settings and change value in the "Duration" box. I believe that controls the menu background music.

That's the problem. No matter what length is selected, it times out after about 10 seconds and goes back to start of cue.

The help screen link above is correct for changing the duration but the OK button must be clicked to change it to the new time for the Root menu page that is used. This does not apply to the Titles/Chapters page.

You need to clarify as to whether you are including the root menu. Image or videos can be used for the background of both the root and chapter menu pages. There is a different procedure if the root menu is not included.

Got it. The Playback Mode timing is the key. Thanks!!
