I have connection issus with PD. Software asked me to connect to verify credential but there seems to have no answer from Cyberlink server.

My subscription is up to date since I paid a few month ago for the yearly plan. Internet is working fine also.

Am I the only one ?

Thanks

I'm having issues as well. Things were fine this morning, but this afternoon I get a message indicating that my file / application requires a subscription (my subscription is active).

I'm able to click on the link to log in with another account--using my existing credentials launches the program, but I have to repeat these steps if I close the program and try getting back in again.

The website also seems to be slow, so CyberLink appears to be having server issues.

Same here. Insane that it isn't locally verified so we can use it after it has been verified once.

PD365 has to check every 30 days to verify that your subscription is still active, so a one-and-done check isn't possible. I'm not saying there might not be an issue that's interfering with the locally cached status, only that ongoing checking is required.

I briefly got the "subscription required" notice on my main desktop a few hours ago, but when I restarted PD365 everything worked as expected.

I imagine the moderator will let us know if CL has any info to pass on, but if anyone keeps seeing that message you may want to contact CL customer service to let them know directly.

Hi folk,

Just to confirm that there was a server outage that affected some 365 subscriptions temporarily. Our information is that the issue has now been resolved and subscription verifications are back to normal.

Cheers
