PD-created .iso file when burned to 50GB blu-ray won't play

I created a project that was, depending on the profile, a maximum of 39GB. I created an .iso file. I then burned it to a 50GB blu-ray but the disc would not play.

Is anyone else having trouble with double size discs? I use Verbatim. Are there some profiles that will not play in standard blu-ray players? Ray Faiola

The older and non major brands won’t play formats like avchd 2.0, higher bit rate, PD authored disc without hardware acceleration when a menu is used. You may want to consult the BD player manual to see if those exact types of discs are supported.

Try the created BD in your pc with the vlc player to see if it works.

Thanks. I'll have to check my hardware acceleration setting. Ray Faiola
