I posted my weekly Rotary Club meeting on YouTube this morning, but I was surprised to see that the number of upload formats for MPEG-4 videos has been cut down to only three:

  • 640 x 480/30p (6 Mbps),

  • 2K 2048 x 1536/30p (40 Mbps), and

  • 4K 4096 x 3072/30p (50 Mbps)

I don't know whether this change was instigated by YouTube or by Cyberlink.
I would appreciate an explanation.
Thanks.

I don't see such limitations no matter what aspect ratio I use. If you're using 16:9 (as implied by the resolutions you listed) I have 8 profiles available for uploading directly to YouTube:

Even if my project is set as 1:1, 9:16 or 360, I always have at least 7 output profiles and I don't know why you're seeing such a limited selection. Can you take a screenshot and save it as a .png or .jpg, then use the Attachments button under the forum's text box to upload it here?

Alos, do you see limited choices if you produce to the Standard 2D output instead of Online?

You simply have your aspect ratio set to 4:3, you then only have the 3 profiles you show.

You can't see me blushing, optodata and JL_JL, but you both were correct. I must have reset the aspect ratio without realizing it.
Thank you both for helping me out!
