I'm using a trial version of Power2Go and I keep getting this error message: "Either this drive or this disk is not ready" even though I have tried numerous DVDs? Any suggestions? And yes, my drive is an HP CDDVDW SH-216ALNHAAA

This is usually an indication that there is some problem with your disc drive and or its communication with Windows. Try these recommended tests from a similar thread:
