Moving or Adding Title track in the timeline

I am having a difficult time easily seeing my Title track in the timeline. It has shifted all the way down to Track 4 and I want it included in Track 1 or 2 with my video, audio and fx tracks. I have tried using "add tracks" but there is no option for add or move the Title track (just video, audio and special effects). How can I move the "T" track up on the timeline? Actually same applies to the Mucic track as well. Thanks.

The permanent tracks are in a fixed order and you can't change that. If you only have 2 active A/V tracks but a total of 3 or more are present, you can right-click in the leftmost area and choose Remove empty tracks.

To increase the height of the timeline viewing area, click and drag the button with 5 dots up until the Music track is visible and tracks' vertical scroll bar disappears:

You really can't. You can change the entire order of the tracks in pref or you can adjust the size of screen given to the "Timeline Window". Since the "Title" track content sits on top of all tracks in a project, PD represents that as the last track in the timeline window unless the reverse feature is selected in pref, then the opposite.
