DTS or AC3 noise

DTS or AC3 noise

I have 365 version.

There is a short noise when I'm using a file that has dts or ac3 audio.
Everytime I play the file in timeline.
Not during playing but start playing there is a short noise like a bad frequency sound?

Anyone has same problem?
Please help!!!
I'm getting crazy...

Sometimes when Powerdirector preview plays the beginning of a audio it will pop. That pop is not in the rendered video. It is just in the preview. Carl312: Windows 10 64-bit 8 GB RAM,AMD Phenom II X4 965 3.4 GHz,ATI Radeon HD 5770 1GB,240GB SSD,two 1TB HDs.
