Your video driver is 2 and a half years old, and I see lots of crashes of different programs at the end of the file. You're also running an older version of Win10, and all of these might be related to your PD issue. This is why the DxDiag file is requested for technical problems.
I would suggest that you visit the Lenovo support site for your laptop. I think this is the right
page, and you can click on the Start Scan button and see what updates are available.
If you get any kind of message stating that you have a different system than the page is set up for, enter your serial number in the box at the top to get the correct page.
Once you have the updates in place, see if PD works properly with LUTs.
