I have downloaded some titles from Director Zone. Clicked on the downloaded file and it indicated that template has already been installed and ready to use. Went into titles, and downloaded and out of the 4 I downloaded only 1 showed up. I closed PD and reopened and still the other 3 titles does not show.

This could be because the other three titles are a different aspect ratio from your project.
