Problem playing movies

Hello community, I was wondering if you could help me. I usually copy my favorite movies to my notebook because I travel all the time for work and that way I save myself having to bring the DVDs with me. I never had problems, but I recently changed to version 19 and the problems started.
I'm running Windows 10 Pro (64 bits) and when I drag the typical VIDEO_TS folder to PowerDVD, nothing happens. I can only see a black screen and it's like the movie doesn't load at all. I tried with 3 different movies, and the same thing happened with all of them. I'm attaching a screenshot, if someone knows what could be wrong I'll appreciate any suggestion to fix this problem. Thanks you very much in advance!

Have you tried opening the .IFO file directly to start DVD folder playback?
I seldom play movies by dragging folder to open (if it is a disc folder).

You never had problems, so does powerdvd earlier version play DVD folder fine on your notebook?

Thank you very much for your reply, QC2.0! Yes, I tried with the VIDEO_TS folder, with the IFO file directly and with the content of the VIDEO_TS folder: the same thing happens every time, a black screen and that's it (it doesn't even load the controls properly).

That's correct, I didn't have this problem with earlier versions (17 and 1, everything worked great and I could use DVD folders perfectly. My problems started when I upgraded to PowerDVD 19. Thanks again!
