Why am I getting this error message? I'm puzzled.

Hi,


I'm using the sound clips from DirectorZone but this error msg appears:


An error occurred
while opening this media file in the media library. It may be because the file
is broken,an unsupported format, protected media content, or for other reason.
Try contacting your video provider for a different video format. C:\Users\Public\Cyberlink\Downloaded
audio\Audio001\TitleTemplate.xml

That error message means that there is a problem with the first sound clip that you downloaded from the DZ. Try the other ones you downloaded. We would not know which one to check out in the DZ unless you post the link. You can try downloading that same template again and install it.
