How do I clear a project from the edit section when I've produced the final video

I am a complete newbie. I've just managed to produce my first video and now want to move on to doing a different one but I can't see how I can clear out the previous work from the track section other than by clicking on each clip and deleting. Is there are "start new project option somewhere that I am missing"?

Go to File.......New Project. Or Ctrl+N.
