Blu ray with DOLBY ATMOS volume control broken

Blu-ray disks with DOLBY ATMOS (playing as Dolby TrueHD) play at 100% volume no matter what the volume in the application is set to. Switching to another audio track such as "commentary" and the volume control works again. Is this being fixed for the PowerDVD 19?

You can try that turn off the exclusive WASAPI mode in powerdvd settings (more audio settings -> miscellaneous).

Then, check the audio playback and volume control condition
