Well let's be real here. The problem is with your PC, not the software. Vast majority of users do no encounter the issue you are, so you should be posting about the deficiency of your computer, not the middle man. Also, most software companies charge for phone support, but you can get it resolved for free using CyberLin's responsive CS system.
That being said, if you followed the instructions in the
readme and provide the requested information (especially the
DXDiag file), you could probably get the help you need here to fix your issue.
So why don't you try and do that?
