Basically any clips that has been modified somehow. Say for example you have a clip with 5 modifications.
1.LUT
2. Transition
3. Blending
4. Video speed
5. Stabilizer

How do I remove only certain some of them and keep the rest? Transition is teh easiest because you can literally "delete" it off the clip by selecting it. But rest of them, is there any way to remove them without having to go into each sub section buried in the menus?

Just go to the approriate tool (like Fix/Enhance) and uncheck the effect you want to remove (like Color Presets and CLUTs). All of these types of adjustments are already separate from each other, so adding/deleting any of them shouldn't change the others.

For actual FX (like NewBlue or Boris), use the Modify tool and uncheck the FX you want to turn off (while preserving all settings), or click the "-" icon to permanently remove it.

Not that I know of, for any Fix/Enhance and/or Tools modifications you need to go to the room that they were created in either by the menu or the icon tabs above the timeline.
