Burning has failed

Error code eE00B0002

Creating directory has failed
It is an internal logical error.

Its not possible to burn a DVD!

Blu Ray burning is OK!

read this I receive one of the error codes during the burning of a disc. What can I do?

disable HA.
if you can create to a folder then you can use free CyberLink Power2Go Essential program and or ImgBurn .
how to burn using ImgBurn .
