will not transfer

Just trying to do a simple transfer to a DVD but it will not work. I get everything right all the way to where it shows the option to burn but that's it. I click onto burn to 2d and nothing happens. I do not get any kind of error message or anything. It just will not accept the transfer. This is a new download. I have never even used it before.

Transfer = Copy ?
or
Transfer = Encode (Render) to DVD?

Please post the Windows dxdiag.exe on your computer. There is no personal information other than what you call your computer.

Did you follow these types of video? It is for an earlier version but should give you some idea of the basics and the terminology.

If not, what step by step process did you use?
