I have made some slideshows with music to practice (just got the software 2 days ago), and when i view them on Youtube they dont look no where as sharp as when I watch the videos on my computer.

I did produce the video in the MP4 format.
I also clicked the box for Surround sound: Theater Mode

Does anyone know the correct settings to get a sharp picture on youtube?
And would these settings be the same for slideshow as an actual video in the Timeline Mode?
(I'm going to experiment with the Timeline Mode tonight.

I am going to be working on a project starting tonight and may have more questions.
Like.... can I add a finished Slideshow project into an editing video project? I would like to add
a finished Slideshow at the end of a video. I dont know if i have to add stills while in timeline with the video.

Thanks for taking the time to read my posting. I am looking forward to being a part of this community as
I hope I will be able to help others soon too!

Quote Oops... I forgot to mention that I have PD16 Ultra.

A good choice MPEG-4 1920x1080 / 30p (16Mbps)This is similar to the one recommended by Youtube.
This same Profile changing to (60p), needs to create a custom profile.
Should consider the upload time is long for large files.
Your project may contain alternating videos and photos on the timeline.
You can also insert a project, inside or next to another on the line.
Menu, File, Insert Project

Consider that Youtube recodes the video for various sizes, when viewing choose the largest size you can watch without pauses, in the download

Try the profiles in Produce > Online > YouTube.
Those profiles are basically followed the YouTube recommendations: https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/1722171?hl=en ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
