i bought Power2go 12 Platinum (Bundle with the Upgrade to Power DVD 18 Ultra), but I can't activate it because my product key isn't accepted. Does somebody know what could be done?

As always, did you check that you are not mistaking a 0 (zero) for an O and 1 (one) for a l (liwer case L)?

Also look here for other solutions if you can't get in tough with Cyberlink as suggested by cloudtest115.
