Go to settings and then go down to the "general" tab. Uncheck the box next to "Check for Update" under "Player Options".

This is a users group so we can't do anything but suggest.

Steve suggestion is how you get rid of that popup. You can just visit here or the CL updates page to find out if any updates are available. FYI, as Steve suggested, this is a user forum, so if you want to tell CyberLink to change something you need to contact tgeir customer service.
