Power Director 14 Full Feature Editor. Is there a way to draw an arrow onto a video (to point somethign out)?

You can achieve that with paint designer. It may be better for you to download transparent arrows from the internet or the DirectorZone to resize and place on your timeline to do what you want.

What I do is: Create the arrow you need in a program like Paint. Save it as a .PNG file (PNG files keep their transparacy) Then bring the saved PNG file into PD. Place it in the track directly below the video you want the arrow to be in. Then double click the arrow file to open the PIP designer where you can size and place it where you want.
