Inserting Clip or Picture and getting all Objects to move to Right on Timeline PowerDirector 16

I have checked the tutorials and can found no mention of how to insert a clip or picture into the center of a project
and getting everything to move to the right thus making room for said object.

I added a picture but cannot figure out how to move existing clips abovew it to the right to resync.

Suggestions??

Yes, exactly. Thank you.

My problem ocurred because I placed the object on video line #2.
I had placed my picture objects on line 2 and video on line 1.

Looks like anything I wish to add will have to go on Line 1 to produce
the "move existing Clip prompt" because that prompt does not ocurr when placing an
object on another line that does not have existing objects at that location to force the prompt to ocurr.
