Power tools missing 'crop and zoom'?

Hello all,
My Power Director 16 is missing the crop and zoom option under the power tools drop down menu...also video speed and rotation editing options...any info or solutions about this?

Really? I can't believe... Never heard of that before.

Have you try to reboot your computer?
Accepted Videoclip selected in the timeline?
Only with one special project or clip or with all video clips?
Have you installed PD in the suggested path or in a custom path? If custom, try the suggested path.

thank you, i will try these options...it's very bizarre...it is across the board for all clips.

Are you trying to crop a still image. If so, the crop and zoom is selected above the timeline to the left of Designer. If a still image is highlighted there is no option to zoom in Power Tools. However, for movie clips all options should be available in Power Tools.

What version of PD16 are you using? Panny TM10, GH2, GH4,
