music stops between video clips

imported music is temporarily stopped for less than .1 of a second between each video clip. I have silenced the sound from the video to zero sound. sometimes this works but when I go back to the same section, the same problem.
I haven't had this issue before so I am lost as to the solution.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
I also admit that I know enough that I know nothing!

Are you saying that music that you have imported onto a totally different track to your video is stopping whenever there is a break in the video in track one?

Would you be able to post a screenshot of your timeline showing the tracks in question, please Panny TM10, GH2, GH4,

Do you have "Fade in" or "Fade out" selected in the clip properties? In this world of trouble and strife, bring some peace to someone's life.

Have you unchecked the audio track in track 1 rather than just lowering the level. Also you have two audio sections. You could have them both on the same track and cross fade to get a more even continuation. Panny TM10, GH2, GH4,

Does the file type of the song matter? 2 unaffected songs are MP3, 44KHZ, 256KPS bitrate. 2 affected songs are AAC,44 & 256.

Downloaded 2820 & 3424. No change. I thought that maybe the file type might be the answer but I used another MP3 song and had many of the in between clips get interrupted. So that wasn,t the issue. What's interesting is that any given song anywhere in the video will and won't have this issue. So, any other ideas will be followed up till this Sunday then I would need to burn the videos for the girls.

From your clip in a previous post you appear to have 3D conversion checked in Power Tools. Do you mean to do that? Try it without it may have something to do with the audio issue. Not certain, but worth a try. Panny TM10, GH2, GH4,

Thanks for the followup. That didn,t seem to work. I clicked on the 3D icon and Standard 2D Preview was checked, all other choices were unchecked. In Power Tools, see the attachments.
Also, could the way clips were added have an effect? As the end of the season was coming to a close, I inserted additional clips from those games to the final video. Each time, I made sure there was no space between them. Thanks again.

I'm Confused. You say there is no 3D selected, but your clips clearly show that they are exhibiting 3D icons with an "i". So highlight one of those clips showing "3D" and then go to Power Tools and look for a check mark. If they are in 3D, and that is not what you want, highlight them and uncheck 3D in Power Tools.

At the end of the day, the music track you added as an extra should play continuously regardless of what is happening in track 1 audio. Panny TM10, GH2, GH4,

By unchecking do yu mean muteing each track? I did do that but the interuptions are between each clip. I am going to reinvent the wheel by creating a new video with the same video clips but this time I will insert them in order rather than in between different clips.

Find one of your clips with3D in top left hand corner. Highlight that clip and go to Power Tools. If there is a check mark in the 3D slot, remove it. If that was the case, highlight all the 3D clips and go back to power tools and remove the check mark from the 3D slot. Then try the audio again Panny TM10, GH2, GH4,

Well, creating a new video didn't work either. I did a "save as" of the existing video to a new name. Then I moved the video from track 1 to a lower track. I then reinserted 5-6 of the same clips from the library to track 1 as a sample. Same result - the music very briefly breaks at each split between each clip. 3D has been removed. Thanks for that help.

If you have any other ideas I will gladly try them out. I am rettired so my schedule is very flexible.
