re-install PD16

I had PD14 installed on my computer and then upgraded to PD16.

I have now purchased a new computer and need to re-install PD16. I can re-install PD14 off of the CD i have but can't figure out how to re-install PD16.

I have paid for PD16 and have the activation code but I can't seem to figure out to to get PD16 installed.

Any help would be appreciated, Thanks.

Thanks for your response David. I tired that fisrt and got this response. "Please note, Customer Service can not address technical issues. For Technical Support issues, click here (need to log in)". So I asked Technical Support and haven't heard from them.

If it's CyberLink PowerDirector16 Upgrade

You must install PD14 first.

When installing PD16, PD14 is automatically uninstalled.

PD16 has a license for a specific machine, not to use another machine at the same time, I think. AMD-FX 8350 / 8GB DDR3

This computer is replacing the one that originaly had PD one it.

I installed 14 from a cd that I purchased. 16 came from their website and I don't have a cd.

I have no physical 16 to install.

Their customer, technical service, lacks service.

If it was lost the PD16 files downloaded.
I think you should ask for help from the store where you bought it or here
