Hi everybody:

First i want to show my frustration with this software. I has been customer from more tham 8 years.
I tryed all the configurations posibles.
I just payd more than $1.000 updating my PC for play UHD Bluray Movies and the software is unuseless.

Over this, the customers support is the worse at all.

Hardware & Software:
PIONEER BDR-211UBK
INTEL I5 7500
GIGABYTE AOURUS Z280X GAMING 8 bios F9a
CORSAIR VENGEANCE 16GB DDR4 3000MHZ
SONY XBR-55X930D
WINDOWS 10 X64 HOME
POWER DVD 17 ULTRA.

I re-istalled my OS two times from 0.
Update all software to last patch (PD 17).
UHBD advisor :
Intel Management (ME) engine not installed. (installed).
SGX protection not activated (Bios Activated).

Please some one who have the answer for it or fixed yet. because the customers support does not exist at all.

Best regards.cryyellcryyell

Please read this thread, I am too lazy to repeat everything again for you:
https://forum.cyberlink.com/forum/posts/list/64121.page

CyberLink gave you The Advisor, now it is up to you to meet the requirements. So do not ask what is wrong with PDVD because the answer is nothing. Ask what is wrong with your mobo, BIOS, Intel SGX, Intel ME, HDMI, HDCP etc.
Another problem may be in you, because if you wrote "I tried everything", it is obvious you did not. Building a PC is not a job for everyone.

If you wants to seek support from cyberlink, contact their support.
If you wants the community to support, raise the topic here.
advisor faqs from cyberlink (not limited to here I posted) could be your friend/free consultant.
It might take less than 10~20 mins to read or use all of them depending on your PC knowledge.

And, I think that builting a UHDBD pc is not the responsibility of a software manufacturer.
Users purchased their hardware and paid the money to hardware manufacturers.

All of us might need to understand that hiring/paying an exclusive IT guy to troubleshoot PC issues or assist builting a PC is much expensive than purchasing a retail software license.
