HDCP error when duplicating desktop

My rig:

GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti Superclocked. Has DisplayPort, DVI and HDMI outputs
Display 1: AOC i2267Fw monitor. GPU DisplayPort out > AmazonBasics DisplayPort to DVI cable > DVI in on monitor
Display 2: Another AOC 12267Fw monitor. GPU DVI out > AmazonBasics DVI cable > DVI in on monitor
Display 3: Vizio SV422XVT TV. GPU HDMI out > HDMI cable (can't recall brand) > HDMI 3 in on TV

I've tested PowerDVD on all three displays individually and get successful playback on all three, so the hardware and cabling is all fine. However, my default configuration is to duplicate the desktop on Displays 1 and 3, so that I can transmit audio and video from my PC to my TV without streaming. When in this configuration, PowerDVD throws a HDCP error on the duplicated desktop and only works from the unduplicated Display 2.

Is this a bug or a limitation in the software, or is there some sort of setting I can change so that it'll work on the duplicated desktop?

The main purpose of HDCP:
Prevent video access from other unauthorized devices, and prevent video from sharing/playing to multiple monitors concurrently.

Duplicate display mode won't pass HDCP, unless the protection is "cracked".
