Your computer is below miniminum specifications. Did you look before you bought? .

What is Power Director Recorder? Do you mean the "Capture" part of the program or do you mean "Screen Recorder"?
Please define record. Is it
1) Screen record
2) Record from web cam.
3) Record from VHS or Tape using a analog to digital recorder.
4) Record only audio
5) Other?
Don't be afraid to be wordy -- we cannot look over your shoulder to see what you want to do.

Minimum specs are here.

Please provide the dxdiag.exe file on your computer. It is a Windows program so just search your computer/run it. Post the text file from the dxdiag.exe.

My original statement holds - your computer is below the minimum specs and it will not be good enough for what you want. It is a dual core, dual thread processor. Look up preformance vs a i5 processor or any of the other processors in the specifications. Go here.

In first, I mean the screen recorder of PowerDirector

Also, i verify all the performances of my computer and all is ok. So i'm always searching why it isn't working...
Need he some specifical softwares or something like that?
Can you tell me which software can make work the screen recorder??

Thanks

There is no software that will make the screen recorder work better. The problem is a hardware issue.
Please reread my last couple of posts. Did you know that the blue text are links to other information? Do you know what a dxdiag.exe evaluation of your computer is? Your computer may work properly for word processing and general internet surfing but it will not preform properly under a high stress situation such as screen capture.
Perhaps others will be able to offer suggestions. I can't help more. .

That is the graphics processor (GPU). It is part of the Pentium processor. The issue is that Pentium CPU (central processing unit.
You can look to see if there is an undadted driver for the GPU, You can use Windows to see if there is an updated driver via Device Manager.
Before you spend any money, contact Acer to see if a card type CPU and be installed.
I also suggect that you take the time to lean about CPU and GPU and how they work. I think that it is a case of spending god money after a bad choice.

it isn't just for the screen recorder, but read my response to How much difference does a Core i7 make compared to a Core-i3? . you're in a very similar situation...
you can't do too much with that Acer Aspire F15. never ever get the intel cpus with single suffix U or M and amd APUs... unless it scores >8000.

happy happy joy joy
