Hi,



I was trying to play 4k UHD Blu-ray movie but suddenly this message showed up

( A disc with an unsupported format in drive )

I followed all steps in this topic

  1. deactivated my antivirus

  2. updated my all driver's to last versions

  3. I downloaded last version of Cyberlink power DVD full version


but the message still shows up



my laptop is :

Operating System : Windows 10 32-bit 10.0 build 16299

system manufacturer : Dell Inc.

system model : inspiron 3521

processor : Intel(R) core (TM) i3-3227U CPU @ 1.90GHz ( 4CPUs), ~1.9GHz



Display - Device

name : Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000



is there something and I don't know it ? is it about my graphics ?

It looks like your computer is underpowered. Did you run the advisor (here)

according to CyberLink Ultra HD Blu-ray Advisor my laptop does not support UHD

Your CPU is many generations old and you do not even have an UHD drive. If you are planning to upgrade your hardware, there are few modern laptops that can handle UHD BD discs. .
