first time using cyberlink powerdirector 15, any idea how to deflicker video or timelapse video?

any deflicker plug in for powerdirector?

What have you tried in PD15 to solve the issue? Any possibility of uploading a short (5 seconds or so) segment of the video as an attchment showing the flicker?
