A couple of quick (basic) questions; please answer.

1) Did you install the program to your system drive (usually C
2) Did you have your antivirus active. Sometimes antivirus will prevent program from being registered properly)
3) Did you reboot your computer after the install?
4) Are you trying to run the program on a network server?
5) Does your computer meet the minimum requirements for the program. A dxdiag.exe text file added to your reply will help.
6) Boxed or downloaded version?
5) Are you sure that the add-ons were not intalled properly. Did you look at all the "rooms" -especially the transitions, and titles? .

Answer ower is: 1-yes, 2-win10-standard windows fender. 3-yes, 4-no, 5-yes, intel-i5 ... can not find dxdiag.exe, 6-download, 7-have all togheter 148 transitions and 156 titles ... maybe ok installation?

In PiP room here are All contet (114 )

In fx room there are All contet (144)

In Particle room there are All contet (110)

In the Template catalog in powerdirector there are a lot of 40 more catalogs and 325 files (jpg thl xml msk png clt ... format)

Do I need to open files in "Layer Template" folder? Or do the load automaticly? The program have not any "load template" selectinon. Not like most of other programs.

As you see, I wonder about a lot of things.

No I see that the "Create Disk" part has a lot of Templates, I gues that indicate that the installation is good?

Do you have experiene abot adding effects into the fx room? (like from https://directorzone.cyberlink.com/pdr/ )

I have downloaded file " Clarity and hdr edge.cdadj". When I click on it replay "The effect is ready to use in PowerDirector", but I don not find it in the fx room?

I think my problem is solved. On the side of the "Rooms" the is a small arrow. When I click on that, it brings me in to a lot of templates.

I still wonder on:

Look for the 'Downloaded' folder in the various rooms, ( There is not one in FX ) That is where any object you downloaded will appear.

I believe Clarity and hdr edge.cdadj is for Color Director. Look in Color Director. Carl312: Windows 10 64-bit 8 GB RAM,AMD Phenom II X4 965 3.4 GHz,ATI Radeon HD 5770 1GB,240GB SSD,two 1TB HDs.

I believe Clarity and hdr edge.cdadj is for Color Director. Look in Color Director.
