Coming from PD12 to PD16 ... is the ability to use SmartSound no longer a part of PD? Or have I just not found it yet?

In PD16 clicking on the 3 stars just above the timeline gives the opportunity to open "Magic Music" Once open there is a SmartSound button. Panny TM10, GH2, GH4,
