Should I Upgrade to PD16? What about "Newblue"

Installed the trial version, then uninstalled. It left behind Newblue video essentials. Is this worth keeping - does it run with version13?

Don't have 360, or 3D etc. and don't make a lot of videos. Is it worth the $69 just to keep up to date?

My opinion in that it was not worth of upgrade from 14 to 16.

Now lost NB V and VII and still missing essential Nvidia encodings.

I think that this was my last upgrade of PD. Next I'll put my money somewhere else.
