Shaky cam effect

Is there a plugin, effect or anything that can add a 'shaky cam' effect to otherwise still video that costs less than $100? The only pack that I can find that has it is Newblue FX energize or something like that and sifting through the gimmicky sales jargen plus the four terms this effect goes by is a nightmare.

I tried those. Not nearly good enough. But I did find the answer to my own question. Newblue has the effect. It's called Active Cam and it's $50 now. https://www.newbluefx.com/newbluefx-vault/ it is completely compatible with PD16 as the link I clicked to find it was in PD effects room.
