Greetings,

Twice produced and uploaded (mp4 converted automatically) a video does not apeares in Cloud.

There is nothing there. Even the <details>< button is not active.

Any assistance will be greatly apprecaited. Thank you in aadvance.

It's nothing you're doing. It's a server issue.

I tried both uploading the original UHD file (no conversion) & allowing CL to convert the video to HD. Neither worked. I thought waiting a while might help, but that was 2 hours ago.

Next I tried uploading directly to CL Cloud (not via PDR) and got the alert message attached.

Indeed I have notice that the connection with the server is extremely slow.
