It's a little bit complicated but that can be achieved with masking each clip & title screen so that only 1/3 is visible. Have you had a play with Mask Designer?
The elements are:
a title screen (graphic)
three short video clips (about 2 secs)
the main video
Your timeline would look something like:
When masking each of the clips & title screens, I used the standard rectangle mask & uncheck "Maintain Aspect Ratio".
That timeline, produced, looks like the video opening you linked:
