How to use a MP4 with multiple audio tracks?

With OBS I save audio onto 3 tracks in a MP4 file so that I could mute or adjust the sound volumes of each individually later. (in case one is too soft or loud or I want to isolate the noise of a single track). When pulled into PD14 Ultimate I am only seeing 1 track. How do I get all 3 to show up?

I know for some programs you need to click a button to separate the tracks or get all of them to show up, but I couldn't find an option for that. Any help or tips are appreciated.

Hi,

The specs for PD14 are here:

https://www.cyberlink.com/support/product-faq-content.do?id=18605

The specs show multiple audio stream import is only available for specific file formats :

2D Video: MVC (MTS), MOD, MOV, MOV (H.264), Dual-Stream AVI, MPEG-1, FLV (H.264), MPEG-2, MKV (multiple audio streams), MPEG-4 AVC (H.264), 3GPP2, MP4 (XAVC-S)*, AVCHD (M2T, MTS), TOD, AVI, VOB, DAT, WMV, DivX**, WMV-HD, DV-AVI, WTV in H.264/MPEG2 (multiple video and audio streams), DVR-MS, DSLR video clip in H.264 format with LPCM audio, H.265/HEVC (MP4/MKV/M2TS)*

3D Video: Dual-stream AVI, MVC*, Side-by-Side Video, Over/Under Video

Is it possible to save your files in another appropriate format for import?

PD15 has similar import specs here:

https://www.cyberlink.com/products/powerdirector-ultra/spec_en_US.html

Cheers

Thank you! This is exactly what I was looking for!

MKV is another option I have for saving videos with OBS so I will start saving videos as MKV files for the future.

I will make a test recording later today and see how it works then update this as solved once I have confirmed. Thank you for your assistance!

I have recorded a test video in Mkv format and put it into PD14. All the tracks are there but it only one plays at a time by selecting "language" and choosing a track. Is there any easy way to expand it out to play multiple tracks at a time? The only workaround I have currently found is splitting the video and audio and then copy pasting the audio to a new track and changing the language so I have multiple languages. Is there an easier way to split up the tracks to play them all at once and edit them individually?
