Can a Registration key be re-used

After searching the forums, and other sources i couldnt find an answer i was happy with, so i decided to ask the question here.

I recently purchased PowerDirector 15 Suite for a sweet price and am ready to install it, however i currently have Powerdirector 15 Ultra and would hate to have it just sit around collecting dust.

My question is: If I uninstall Ultra, and install Ultimate Fresh and New, can i then install Ultra on a different PC? Like one i have at work? How many times can a Registration key be used before it get rejected?

Also, I'm a little worried about the Ultimate Package only comming on one disk, with one activation code. The Ultra package was the same, and i could never get the AudioDirector part of it to activate. I didnt push it because i didnt have the need to use an Audio editor at the time. Could i get the same thing with the Ultimate package, and if so, is contacting support the way to go?

Well, here goes.

If they are both FULL versions and the Ultimate was not an 'upgrade', then you can install Ultra on another PC. Intel i7 4770k, 16GB, GTX1060 3GB, Two 240GB SSD, 4TB HD, Sony HDR-TD20V 3D camcorder, Sony SLT-A65VK for still images, Windows 10 Pro, 64bit

Yes, they are both full versions. Awesome! Thanks for the reply! One more question though.. is there a " deactivation" process to go through? or just uninstall Ultra, and install ultimate and go to town?

There is no deactivation process that I know. Intel i7 4770k, 16GB, GTX1060 3GB, Two 240GB SSD, 4TB HD, Sony HDR-TD20V 3D camcorder, Sony SLT-A65VK for still images, Windows 10 Pro, 64bit
