Audio Problems, Please Answer!

iI have PD 15 Ultra. When I add a video or audio clip to the timeline the speaker goes to mute, thereby rendering the audio clip useless. I had audio in the previous version of PD with no problems. Now I cannot add audio to my film. I guess PD took away the ability to add audio so we could fork over more money. Why did they include backround music when I bought the software then?!

So I took the bait and bought Audio Director. I still can't add audio!

Check that your preview is set to "Real Time Preview". Non-Real Time preview is always mute.
