Setting up FaceBook Cover Page

HI. I'm stumped and need help. I'm trying to set up an mp4 file, standard 2D at size at least 820x312 or close pixels to be used as a cover video for a FaceBook page (Face Book size requirement).

Using H.264 for production I can produce at 1280x720 px or 1920x1080 px both of which are to large for the visible area I am using or 640x480 which FaceBook will not upload, to small.

No luck trying as a WMV file either.

I did not see anything in the community forum addressing this.

What I want to do is reduce the pixel size of the video to something closer to 820x312px without cropping.

Any idea how to do this?

I am open to all suggestions as being new to PD15 & video editing

Jim

P.S. I also looked into adding a new profile but you cannot as far as I can see add new pixel size profile
