I purchased this product from FRYs and since I do not have a disc drive I had to use the digital download feature..In order to get it in my CyberLocker to download I had to put in my serial number/activation number.after doing that it showed up in my Cyberlocker.

I downloaded it and installed it along with the the update...They both installed with no errors but when I try to double click to open the program it does nothing...I have cleared the registry , reinstalled , rebooted and still will not open...I am at a loss for what to do next...

Cyberlink tech support does not have a number you can call for installation issues..
