New to PD 15, where is Magic Motion?

Been using PD9 for years; purchased and downloaded and activated PD15 today and I cannot find this feature.

Please help.

This does not work on videos. You must have an image or photo on the timeline highlighted first. Hit the magic button on the lower left and select magic motion.
