Well, just what it's saying....you need to re-install. Assuming that you are trying to start/use Power2go read on.
I'd start by re-installing Power2go only and see if that clears the problem. Then if not, you'll have to do all the others.\ one at a time using the same procedure as below.
First, using your Add/Remove programs feature in windows, locate Power2go and remove it.
Second, shutdown and restart windows.
Third, re-install Power2go.
As an alternative, you can simply re-install Power2go over the top of the existing program and hope for the best. You'd do that, without doing step one above.
