Cyberlink DVD suite, Power2Go, Power Director

I have this following products
1.PowerStarter 5.5
2.Power2Go 5.6
3.PowerDirector 6.5.

when i try to use the program it shown
"The file [language\\P2GRC.dll] is missing.
Please reinstall application."

Now what i do Please please tell me .

Well, just what it's saying....you need to re-install. Assuming that you are trying to start/use Power2go read on.

I'd start by re-installing Power2go only and see if that clears the problem. Then if not, you'll have to do all the others.\ one at a time using the same procedure as below.

First, using your Add/Remove programs feature in windows, locate Power2go and remove it.

Second, shutdown and restart windows.

Third, re-install Power2go.

As an alternative, you can simply re-install Power2go over the top of the existing program and hope for the best. You'd do that, without doing step one above.

Hi, I had the same problem on my HP DV5 notebook, which has Cyberlink DVD Suit supplied as bundled OEM SW. I have found a resolution - see followin URL link to HP support website: ( as one single line)
