Hi BetoValle -

I haven't tested what you've suggested yet, but I did notice in your screen capture that your preview screen was still set to 10%. Try switching it back to "Fit".

Not disputing what you've posted, but that may be a factor.

Also - when you edit in Magic Motion, it will ignore any previous resizing you've done unless you crop the photo and generate a new one.

Cheers - Tony

Hi, Tony

To clarify reinforcing its manifestation follows another visualization of the bug

bug seen on "fit"

Incorrectly cropping the image set in the pan-zoom

Cheers 2017

Perhaps you should check "freeform" instead of "16:9"? By checking 16:9 you may be forcing a different crop...just something to try. Regards,
Dan

I've tried & tried, but I can't replicate the issue you've shown.

Here's a screen capture of what I consistently get here, using PDR15.2309

If I'm missing something, just say.

Just hit me like a ton of bricks! I read right past that statement.

If you're getting that with PDR12 & 13, that undoes the "bug" theory. It looks like the issue might be limited to your PC (I've tested 3 here).

What is causing it is another question, for which I have no answer.

Hi Beto -

Here's your modified project (attached).

I left your image as it was, inserted a new one and applied (almost) the same keyframes in Magic Motion. Here, it's correct, but the issue you're having is obvious.

Cheers - Tony

Hi Tony,

I checked in your video / youtube that you created in user defined while I created in pan and zoom, different situations, although I am not an expert in pdr to know if user defined incorporates any situation.

Hi Tony,

I checked that you just added the image to the timeline, keeping the size while I did, I magnified the image making it take up all the space. In this situation when you use the motion, pan-zoom it generates the bug. When the image size is not changed, the bug does not occur.

Hi again Beto -

Pan & Zoom, User Defined - maybe different names but the same basic thing... keyframes determine motion.

Agreed - if you resize the image before applying Magic Motion it gets messed up. I can replicate that in PDR15 & 13. I wouldn't describe it as a "bug".

To get around it, all you have to do is:

  1. Don't resize the image first, or

  2. Crop the image first to create a new photo - then apply Magic Motion

Hi,

Here is the suggestion thatPlace your reference in the pdr manual

  1. Don't resize the image first, or

  2. Crop the image first to create a new photo - then apply Magic Motion

Thanks
